TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVISION OF GIFT COUPON SERVICES

The buyer and/or holder of the gift voucher agrees to the terms and conditions of the use of the gift voucher of the "Vandenis" restaurant.

Restaurant reservations are accepted subject to restaurant availability.

The gift coupon is valid only when making reservations directly by phone +370 613 55551 or e-mail manager@vandenis.lt

In order to use the gift voucher, please inform the restaurant staff in advance about paying with the gift voucher.

The gift voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.

If the entire value of the gift voucher is not used, the balance of the gift voucher is not refundable.

If the value of the coupon is not enough to cover the price of services or goods, it is possible to pay the difference at the time of service provision.

Invalid or lost gift vouchers are not compensated, their validity cannot be extended.

Copying or otherwise reproducing and forging the gift voucher is strictly prohibited.

A person who has illegally used, copied or otherwise changed and falsified a gift voucher, as well as participated in the illegal use, copying or otherwise forging a gift voucher, shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and may be subject to criminal liability.

The gift coupon is valid for 12 months. from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the gift voucher.

If the gift certificate is not used within its validity period, its validity period expires and the money paid for its price is not refunded. The gift voucher is non-renewable.

By purchasing a voucher, the person agrees to these voucher terms and conditions.
